Privacy

What the product keeps private.

This page describes how the software behaves. It is not a certification, an audit, or a legal opinion about COPPA or FERPA.

  • Accounts

    People sign in to the organization and teams their role allows. A stranger does not receive another family’s records.

  • Youth

    Athletes under 13 do not create their own accounts. A guardian creates the record and holds the relationship.

  • Public pages

    A public team page is optional. It shows only approved information. Emergency contacts and private documents stay off it.

  • Messages

    Staff cannot privately message a minor unless the organization allows it and a verified guardian is on the thread.

  • Demo requests

    The homepage form stores the request with KONNECT. It is not published and it is not added to a public list.

  • Payments

    When Stripe is connected, Stripe hosts the card form. KONNECT does not store card numbers.
